GRAVITY LOUNGE ONLINE STORE IS FULLY OPERATIONAL!
Thanks to the hard work of a whole team of dedicated folks,
the gravity lounge store/box office is fully functional once again.
Orders are being processed via Authorize.net. The billing will
appear on your statements as Poverty Peak Ventures--this is
gravity lounge's corporate name.
Authorize.net is a secure processing site. Though banking
and processing fees are associated with each transaction,
and though we must charge convenience fees to recover those
costs, the system and processing gateway we are using
mean that our fees are well below the industry standard.
Gravity Lounge tickets are not mailed or otherwise delivered.
When you purchase your admissions online, your name will
be added to a will-call list for the event/s you chose; you and
the other members of your party will be checked off the list
at the door.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an artist must cancel the
performance.
Seating is first-come, first served. We ask that our guests not
"reserve" seats, then leave the venue to return later. We also
ask that guests not try to reserve blocks of seats for people
planning to arrive later. Good business practice dictates that
the best choice of seats be available to those waiting for the
concert inside the venue, contributing to the food and beverage
revenue that enables us to stay in business.
